The Ministry of Culture, Youth & Community Development calls upon all Emirati youth who feel themselves creative and talented in the fields of literary writing and artistic work of all forms and kinds, and those who strongly believe in their creative abilities and wish to publish their literary and artistic works which satisfy publishing standards and can provide a purposeful and creative content, to submit their works to the Authorship, Publishing & Translation Department at the Ministry's headquarters in Abu Dhabi or its branch in Dubai provided that such works shall be in printed form and accompanied with electronic copies, if they are writings or pictures.
